This month, our Managing Counsel, Ralph Sauti , attended the International Society of Primerus Law Firms™ annual PBLI International Summit in Miami, Florida. Ralph was honored to be part of a panel that presented on "Clauses and Effects: Navigating Global Employment Agreements."   Since the advent of COVID-19, institutions have increasingly adopted remote working strategies, leading to the hiring of labor from around the world. While this globalization of the workforce has opened up numerous opportunities, it has also introduced challenges in enforcing contracts, particularly when companies and employees are based in different legal jurisdictions. The panel delved into these opportunities and challenges, discussing various contractual clauses and proposing solutions for companies to effectively manage such issues.   During the summit, attendees had the privilege of being mentored by some of the most distinguished counsel in the industry on several important areas, including working with corporate clients and addressing issues that arise during firm-client relationships.   Upon returning from the US, Ralph shared his newly acquired knowledge and skills with the Sauti and Company team. Together, we are strategizing on how to better serve and meet our clients' needs.
