Sauti & Company is a firm of law consultants that provides solutions in the commercial and corporate space to individuals and its institutional clients through its offices in Lilongwe and Blantyre. An opportunity has risen for the recruitment of legal practitioners at its Blantyre office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities, among others:
Assist the firm’s clients in legal advisory work to resolve complex legal issues in various areas of law;
Prepare appropriate legal documentation for court proceedings;
Represent the firm’s clients in court proceedings in the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal, High Court and all courts subordinate thereto.
Represent the firm in meetings with clients where the extent of the legal practitioners’ expertise may be needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university;
Admitted to Practice and should have a valid practicing license;
Minimum of two (2) years of post-admission experience in a private law firm;
Should have a valid driver’s license
